Helping an Elderly Loved One Stay in Good Health: Advice

I am very grateful for modern medicine, because if it wasn't for several medications, my father may not be alive today. However, as my father has grown older, he has become very forgetful, and I noticed him hesitating during our evening phone calls when I asked him if he remembered to take all of his medications that day. That led us to seek help from a home health care service for him, and that was a great decision. The caregivers remind him when he needs to take his medications and help him around the house. I know there are other families whose loved ones are aging and need help. I plan to share many elderly health care tips on my new blog, so please come back often if you need advice.
